At Mieloo & Alexander we regard our business environment as an intricate structure consisting of several key components. These components neatly fit into the classic divide of the 'strategic - managerial - tactical' views.

Strategic View
New market developments, technological innovations and international legislation have an important impact on corporate external strategies. Corporations must continuously and closely monitor new developments in these areas in order to be able to make the necessary adjustments to their strategy.
Having ascertained what external strategy to pursue the translation must be determined what internal strategy is required to enable the new direction.
Managerial and Tactical View
All components have a clear relationship with each other. 'Market' and 'Technology' factors shape the 'Strategy & Structure' of companies. The strategy and structure crafted under influence of market and technological factors will lead to a certain way of managing the firm (we call it 'Management Capability'). Management will decide how the business processes in the firm will be performed. Business processes are therefore - indirectly - the result of market and technology factors.
Business processes are ultimately carried out by people within organisations and with the support of (information) technology.
Within Mieloo & Alexander - Business Integrators, we always consider the integrated interaction of all components (process, organisation and technology) because only this combination determines the way you do business.
Mieloo & Alexander is primarily focussed on consulting our clients after an external strategy has been determined. |
